(I'm chillin' on the Futon watchin' the sunbeam move away this morning.)
It the best day of the year!! Its my 8th Gottcha Day!
Eight years ago I came to my forever home on the day before Thanksgiving. We always celebrate the day rather than the actual date (November 25) because I'm really thankful for another year together.
You can see what I wrote last year for my Gottcha Story. This year she spruced up the bloggie a bit, do you like it? She needs to do a bit more, but sez she doesn't have a lot of time. Besides we rather be visiting our friends.
Below are a few pics from when I was little. (We didn't have a digital camera way back then so these are snaps from the cranky old film camera. Sorry they are a little blurry, its kinda hard takin' a picture of a photo)Awwww.... I was a sleepy little shaver. At just 2 pounds and 9 weeks old here.
Peek-a-boo!! I discovered I could climb up the back of the Futon.
And then I discovered the bathroom sink! I was a very active little guy, huh?
This time of year we always send a contribution to the San Francisco SPCA (where I came from) to help all the kittens, cats, puppies and dawgs find their forever home just like I did. The SF-SPCA will do a Holiday Windows adoption this year. I'll have the mombean take some picture and post them in the comming weeks.
