So this afternoon I was sittin' around just usin' mine laser eyes to tele-path-icly beam the idea that some treats would be a good idea when ....

Oh, its the bloo-shorts folks.
they's always hittin' the door-buzz coz we got's a small mail box and mine mombean was compainin' that bloo-shorts folks was stuffin' and jammin' the mail in the box. It was gettin' all bent and smooshed and wadded up, and some of her mag-zines was getting ripped. Grrrrr, she said.

Well, today when she gots back from the mail box she said:
"Hey, Beezie," (she calls me Beezie sometimes) "there is a package for you!"
I could tell right away that it must be from mine pal Skeezix, coz it had P-I-N-K tape on it! Where he got pink tape I donno'.
Look at what he sent me! Some totally cool Skeezie cards, I'm only gonna send these to mine bestest friends. There is a selection of 4 cards (2 of each) so's I can have just the right card for the occation. Like Rock Star Skeezix for a happy birthday (50's or 80's), or Skeez-a-lisa for a get well, or Skeezix Gothic for con-cat-ulation for a new jobbie or home. They's blank on the inside so I can write whatever I want to make it personal.
There is also some great Catster swag! And some Skeezix and Catster button pins that I gave to mine mombean (after she begged and gived me treats) so she can put them on her backpack that she takes everywhere.

Love Eyes & Awards

Every night after mine mombean has done all the things that she does ... I don't know ... stuff at the hot box, stuff at the sink, stuff where she kicks me outta the desk chair ... ya know. I make her sit down and watch a little TV. Then I get in her lap and just relax. I like to look up at her and give her the Love Eyes.
(Oh, she says don't look at the plaid PJ pants and soft 'n' old big shirt she has on!)

OMG Sandals!

Mine mombean has these cheap plastic sport sandals that I just love!
I'm not a shoe guy; boots & slippers & Sneakers do nothing for me, but I just can't get enough of these sandals.
She doesn't wear then often, but it was hot today so she put them on to go shopping. When she got home & took them off..... OMG

I sniff on them.....

I rub all over on them ........

Its nice to go back to bed after a good breakfast.

Oh, sure I look like Mr. Happy 'n' Relaxed now .....

But earlier today I went to mine box to take care of bid'ness. You know what I'm talking about. I seemed to have a little digestive issue and I made a bit of a mess. While that alone is a bit embarrassing, its not really a big deal, right Skeezix? Baby Mao?

Well, I gotted some on mine tail, and when mine mombean smelled it, she shrieked! She grabbed me and hauled me to the kitchen sink, plopped me in and turned on the water! I gots mine tail and spot 13 washed but good!! It will take me hours to get mine furs all back to normal.

This is not the way a mancat should be treated. I mean unceremoniously dumped into the sink and washed, with water! Humpfffff!! I am Indignant! This is no way for a mancat of mine stature to be treated.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can get mine revenge?

Where have you been?

All this week mine mombean has been rushing through dinner and then dashing out the door to be gone for about an hour. Then when she comes home with odd smells on her.
Where has she been going?
She has been seeing other kitties!
Their beans are on vacation, and she has been going to feed and check on them.
This is Bucky. He's a handsome buff - light ginger mancat. Mine mombean sez that he is really sweet and always meets her at the door with a meow and begs for lovin'. Yes, he's a real love sponge. He likes to give her little sandpaper kisses and even little love bites. Not the kind of bites that hurt, he's much too much of a gentlemancat for that, and little soft paw whaps (claws carefully sheathed) too. Mine mombean gives him lots of pets and brushes him too, he likes that. He also follows her around when she is getting his chow and fresh water. She even scoops the litter!

This is Suzy-Q. She's a little shy at first, but she really likes mine mombean now. She likes to be rubbed on and brushed. She even gave mine mombean some sandpaper kisses too! I think she's a real looker, she has such sweet eyes, and beautiful cow-cat black spots. First Halloween and now Suzy-Q, California Girls kitties are da bomb! Am I right guys?

They are more interested in getting loves then the chow she gives them (the bowls are all empty when she goes to see them -- I guess they feel that they can eat any time but gotta get the lovin' while she's there), which mime mombean thinks is really sweet. So, she has been sitting with them for a while and giving them pets and stuff.

Mine mombean sez that their beans will be back from their vacation tomorrow. I guess that its OK that she has been going to see them and getting their smell all over her hands and jeans. They might be lonely with there mombean and dadbean away.

As long as mine mombean remembers who really owns her. Me!

A Visit With Halloween!

Mine mombean went to have lunch with Halloween's Food Lady and they talked about all kinds of neat stuff. Including how to make our bloggies better. She said it was a lot of fun and really cool to meet another mombean who is just as crazy funny as she is!

She even got to meet Halloween in person. She is even prettier in person with lots of cute ginger tinged furrs. Ya know what? She sniffed mine mombean's hand! Then she ran away like any sensible kitty; and gave her a good meow to boot. Atta girl Halloween, you're mine kinda ladycat.

NOMS

I have 2 sis-furs as my very special Not On My Species bestest friends:That's Roxy on the left and Lucky on the right. They are very adventurous girls who live in New Hampshire, that's near where mine mombean grew up in Massachusetts! Their blog is called The Devil Dog, when ya go and visit tell 'em 'Beezer sent me!', I'm sure they'll give you a warm welcome.

The girls and I are a lot alike, here are some of the things my Pug-a-lishous (Get it? Coz they's Pug doggies!) friends like just as much as I do.
Roxy likes to get on the bean's eating table. So do I!
She can't get down and needs to wait for somebean to lift her off. I can jump up and down when ever I want. If I ever go to New Hampshire I'm gonna teach her how to jump down.

She also likes to sleep with her boybean, PlusOne. I love to nap with mine mombean. We even have a nap blankie that looks just like this one!

Lucky likes to nap in the nap blankie too.
Roxy sez that she is very blond, (I think that means she a little ditzy).
She likes to sleep with PlusOne every night. I sleep with mine mombean every night too. I think she really loves her boybean a lot, and that makes her very special, no matter how ditzy she may act sometimes.

I hope you enjoyed meeting my NOMS friends. I think they are really great, even if they aren't kitties.

What's On Your Cold Box?

Roxy and Lucky tagged us for the Cold box Meme. So, here goes.

The rules are: Show us a photo of the front of your Cold Box and tell us about at least one thing on it and one thing you keep inside of it! Tag your friends and remember to stay COOL! And no fair cleaning it up first!!!

On the top line you can see mine mombean's collection of magnetic clips. She uses these for bags of cereal, rice, coffee, kitty crunchies, chips, any thing that comes in a bag. Next to that you can see the notices that her health insurance sent for how to know a heart attact or stroke. Under that are the magnets she got at the gift shop at Joshua Tree National Park. It's in the Mojave Desert and it's the hotest place she's ever been. It's as hot as the hot-as-hell box where she cooks dinner. Why she would want to go there I don't know, but she sez its nice for a change and very beautiful. I like the Jack Rabbit and Quail best. The little chipmunk is cute too. The coyote I'm not all that sure about, it looks like a dawg, and I'm a little scared of dawgs. Next to that are just some silly stuff even she's not sure why she's kept.


But what's really on the cold box.....
Mombean's bazillions of plastic containers. I think she has every yogurt, salsa, margarine, potato salad, cheese spread, and cookie pail she ever got!!
(She hates to throw out or recycle anything that she might be able to reuse.)
And that doesn't even mention the big ones she bought with nothing in them!
She never uses plastic wrap ot tin foil to save leftovers, store pasta sauce or soup in the freezer, or to pack her lunch for work -- she just uses these. Oh, there are lots more that you can't see! Lots of shapes and sizes..... She did pack up some and put them out in the recycle bin a few weeks ago. I heard her apologize to them "I'm sorry" she said, like they knew or cared -- hey mombean, its plastic!
Oh, I can't forget the fire puter - outer! That should always be handy. She's never had to use it, but safety first.

My Chair

The biggest drawback to long weekends is that I never get to nap in my chair. She keeps saying that its her chair and that she needs to sit there because she wants to read her book, or surf the web, or, or, or..... I really don't know what it is she does.

But now its back to normal, and I can nap in my chair again.

Well, mine official name (the one they have at the v-e-t office) is Butterball. I helped mine mombean figure out that Beezer is a heck of a lot better.

I already ready changed it! I think Beezer reflects my inner-mancat. Although, sometimes mine mombean calls me 'Beezie-Boo' or 'Beezie-Weezie-Boo'; but that is just when she's lovin' on me with hugs & kisses so I kinda let it slide.

I'm an only kitty. Sometimes mine mombean talks about a sibling for me, like when there are pictures of really cute kittens on the blogosphere. But I just love on her and she knows that I'm not inta sharin' her with any other kitty.

A few weeks ago mine good pals at Artsy Catsy listed a whole bunch of places that would send kitties stuff for free! Yeah, that's right no green papers needed. Well, I just filled out a few things and click - click all done.

This week stuff started arrivin' so far I got some great crunchies from Blue Buffalo. It even came with a coupon so when mine mombean goes to get me more she won't have to give the store so many green papers.

Man this stuff was good. Sadly, I ate it all and there is none left. Bummer.

Nap Blankie

Its the weekend! And that means I get to nappy with mine mombean and the nap blankie. I really loves nappin' with mine mombean, its the besterest part of the weekend. I look forward to it all week.

I also love the nap blankie. Mine mombean has had the nap blankie for ... oh, I don't know, it was here when I got here. She sez that she used the nap blankie to nap with the kitty who came before, and the kitty who came before that, and even the kitty who came before that!! She sez that was a long time ago and she was just a little bean kitten then. Her Grant Aunt (her Grandmother's sister) made it and gave it to her.

My Pug pal Lucky has a blankie that she uses when she naps with her boybean kitten, PlusOne. It kinda looks like mine.
